About us
Discover Our Story
Built in the early 1900s, Habu Hotel was the very first guesthouse to open on Luxor’s West Bank. It quickly became a favored refuge for archaeologists and explorers working in the Valley of the Kings. Among its earliest guests was Howard Carter himself—who stayed here before building his own home just down the road. Now, we’re reviving this storied place into a boutique retreat rooted in authenticity and refined comfort.
A Place in History
From pioneering explorers to renowned Egyptologists, this hotel stood at the heart of Luxor’s Golden Age. Its walls echo with stories of discovery and wonder.
